you are responsible for, and will be held liable for, your

2. We do NOT condone spam! You agree not to use these
responders to send SPAM. If a complaint is received, from
a spam organization or my provider, your account will be
terminated immediately, without a refund. You also agree
to pay for any fines, legal fees and labor associated with
your complaint.
3. You agree not to use your A1autoreply autoresponder for
any Bulk Mail programs or for any submission services.
4. You agree not to mail to names received from FFA sites
or from purchased CD's containing millions of addresses.
If you do, your
account will immediately be deleted
without refund. You will also be liable for any and all charges
associated with this
complaint.

who opt-in using a form on your site. We receive all complaints
from AOL customers.
If you receive 5 AOL complaints your account will be suspended
for 24 hours. If you receive 5 complaints a second time,

be closed. No refunds will be issued.
6. If a Spam complaint is received you must be able to provide
the name, date, time, ISP, email address, and the name of
the company you
purchased the lead from. This information must be produced
when requested or your account will be deleted without refund.
7. You agree to use your A1autoreply responder in a responsible
manner and not send any questionable content. All content complaints
will be investigated
and the appropriate action taken.
8. All accounts with insufficient funds will be suspended
if payment has not been made by the sixth day following your due
date.
